Self-Build Policy Wordings

Our Site insurance, SelfBuild insurance, and Renovation & Conversion policies are comprised of a main cover (Public Liability and Employer’s Liability) and a number of covers that are optionally available, or are added automatically, depending on your circumstances. We have a main Construction Combined insurance Policy Booklet and Summary Document, plus a number of separate cover specific policy wordings.

The applicable policy wordings are displayed during the online Quote and Buy process. You should ensure that you have read and saved a copy of the most recent version of the Policy Booklet(s) that apply to you.
